You decide how much you want to earn per booking, how much your electricity will cost, who will clean your holiday home and whether you want to be responsible for the cleaning yourself and earn extra from it. Among many other things. With us, self-determination is the key word. We know that Holiday Home owners have very different wishes for their rental. Therefore, in collaboration with a large number of Holiday Home owners, we have designed our rental solution so that it can be tailored 100% to you and your needs. Regardless of whether you want to rent out the whole year, or whether you just want to rent out individual weekends. This is your Holiday Home. Therefore, of course, it is you who decides.

With us, you get the market's lowest commission for rental including cleaning. You always keep a minimum of 80% of the rental income. Sometimes more. It is entirely up to you. Campaya makes no demands that your holiday home must be rented out at certain times and to a certain extent. You choose this yourself in your rental calendar, and you can continuously adjust which periods you want to rent out as needed.

Can my holiday home be rented out? Expand more icon Expand less icon

The vast majority of summer houses can be rented out. At a minimum, your holiday home must be tidy and in a reasonable state of maintenance, and so are the vast majority of holiday homes. In some cases, we can also rent out alternative forms of accommodation such as houseboats, treetop cabins and other atypical accommodation solutions. If you are in doubt as to whether your home can be rented out, you are always welcome to reach out to us and find out more.

Our commission of 20% is the market's lowest for fully serviced rentals. The price is on par with Airbnb's total commission to owners, when the additional price from Airbnb to the tenants is taken into account. With us, cleaning and all dialogue with and handling of the tenants are simply included in the price, so all you have to do is sit back and receive payment for your tenancy.

We work with all the major international rental portals. When you register with Campaya, your holiday home will automatically appear on Airbnb, Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals, Fewo-Direkt, Holidu, Vrbo, HomeToGo, Expedia, Feline and many more portals, which together give your holiday home extremely high visibility.

With us, you can tailor your rental solution so that it suits you exactly. Among other things, you can choose between several cleaning companies and choose the cleaning partner that best suits your wishes and requirements. And you can always change cleaning partners if you want to try something new. The cleaning is paid for by the tenant, so the service does not cost you extra. You can also choose to be responsible for the cleaning yourself and receive the tenant's payment for this. It is entirely up to you.
